To be considered for Financial Aid, you must complete the following on the Admissions Application :

1. Declare a Major — do not leave this area blank or choose “undeclared”
2. List the month and year of your high school graduation, home school or GED completion.

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at the Federal Student Aid Website  with CCC’s School Code: 031004. You (and your parents if you are dependent) will need to create an FSA ID to sign the FAFSA electronically. We highly recommend that you import your tax data into the FAFSA using the IRS data retrieval tool when the FAFSA prompts you. If you choose not to use the IRS data retrieval when completing the FAFSA, you should request a tax return transcript by mail at www.irs.gov as you will probably be asked for it by our office at a later date.

Check your financial aid status online at our by logging in to myCCC and then clicking Financial Aid > Eligibility. This page will show you documents that are needed from you.

The Scholarship Application for 2024-25 will open December 2023 and will be open through mid-April 2024.  Go to Scholarships.  The Scholarship Application for 2023-2024 has closed. Free searches for external scholarships are also listed on the CCC website.

Please visit our Financial Aid Calendar . We recommend you start the financial aid process a few months before you start school. If you are beginning the financial aid process less than 30 days prior to classes starting, we recommend you sign up of the CCC Payment Plan at the Student Accounts page.
