Crochet - Amigurumi Style
Similar to knitting, crochet is the process of creating fabric by looping yarn with a crochet hook. Whether you're looking for a healing hobby, a creative escape, or a way to expand your love of fiber arts, this course will continue your journey in the world of crochet.

Amigurumi is a style of crochet that is used to create 3D projects. Whether you want to make an adorable octopus or craft your favorite characters, this course will give you the skills for creating yarn plushies.

For this class, past crochet experience is helpful, but is not required.

Alyssa Carpenter is a crochet fanatic! When she was 14 years old, her friend's mom showed her how to crochet and she has been 'hooked' ever since. In her twenties, she took a fresh look at this timeless craft and discovered that crochet could be modern, and certainly has its place in the 21st century. You can follow her crochet projects on Instagram @lyssamaxcrochet. Alyssa has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, and a Master's in Education; she currently works as an instructional designer/training coordinator for a tech company.
